A reminder of my Mom's delicious tangy dessert from years gone by. A lightly golden top with a flaky crust and tangy filling. A favorite was brought to us by our good friend Debbie.
4 eggs, hand beaten, very well
2 cups sugar
1/4 cup melted butter
1 heaping tbsp AP flour
2 lemons, juiced
9 inch pie shell
Preheat oven to 350 deg f (325 if using pyrex or glass)
Beat eggs in large mixing bowl
Add other ingredients, mix well
Pour into 9 inch pie shell.
Cook until golden brown (about 40 min)
