6-8 pieces of chicken
1 cup of regular uncooked rice (not minute rice)
14 1/2 ounce can of stewed tomatoes with liquid
1 cups Zesty Italian dressing
1/2 C water
1 onion chopped
8 ounces of velveeta cheese, diced
1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning
1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
2/3 cup of grated parmesan cheese
Grease a large casserole dish. Mix together rice, water, tomatoes,
Add Onion, velvetta cheese, and seasoning together in the casserole dish.
Place the chicken in the mixture. Cover with the parmesan cheese.
Cook for 50-60 minutes at 375 degrees, uncovered.
