My dads original recipe. I remember it was the only time I ever saw him drink. He would have one cocktail and say "Ahhhhhh, a little appe-teaser!"
Serves 4- not a low fat dish
4 - 1 1/4" min thickness T-bones or other good cut
Worcestershire sauce
garlic powder
Prepare steaks at least 3 hours before cooking
Steaks must be completely thawed
Apply liberally to both sides worcesterschire sauce and then garlic powder - massage the steaks hard several times on both sides.
After marinading let stand at room temperature 2-3 hours then sear over hot coals 2 minutes on each side or until done.
