Kosher salt
1 grapefruit wedge
¼ cup fresh grapefruit juice
1 oz fresh lime juice
1/2 teaspoon agave
1/4 cup tequila
club soda
Pour some kosher salt on a plate. Rub half of rim of an iced or frosted highball glass with grapefruit wedge; dip rim of glass in salt.
Combine tequila, grapefruit juice, lime juice, and agave in a shaker with ice. Shake well and pour over ice in salted highball glass and top off with club soda, stir. Garnish with grapefruit wedge.
