An amazing chicken rub that is also good on hash browns or drizzled over hummus.
4 teaspoons kosher salt
2 tablespoons ground cumin
2 tablespoons Red Fang or hot paprika
1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
6 medium cloves garlic, minced (about 2 tablespoon)
2 tablespoons white vinegar
3 tablespoons vegetable or canola oil
