This delicious sauce can be used on party meatballs or chicken wings. It keeps well in the refrigerator getting thicker. For use, let come to rrom temp or add a couple tsp of hot water to thin.
1/4 cup hoisin sauce
2 tablespoons ketchup
1 tablespoon honey
2 tablespoons unseasoned rice vinegar
1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
1 tablespoon soy sauce
Combine all glaze ingredients in a small saucepan.
Bring to a simmer over medium heat, stirring frequently, and cook until mixture is slightly thickened, 5 to 7 minutes.
Set aside, let cool. Can be stored in refrigerator for up to a week.
