Pour equal parts of vodka and triple sec, top with a twist of lime and a splash of cranberry juice. Then shake vigorously in a shaker with ice. 

Strain into a frosty martini glass, garnish with a lime and orange twist on the rim, and serve.

Note: for "Panty Dropper" add 1 TBSP Everclear (grain alcohol) into shaker.
