A rich and delicious dessert topped with a crusty coconut topping.
Ingredients
1 large can crushed pineapple
1 large can cherry pie filling
1 yellow cake mix
1 cup chopped coconut
1 cup chopped nuts
1 stick butter
Spray large baking dish with cooking spray. Dump ingredients in order shown and top with sliced butter. Bake 350 degrees 35 minutes. Serve topped with vanilla ice cream.
