Low fat, easy to make dessert
1 lg container fresh blueberries
16oz fat free cream cheeses, softened
8 oz fat free sour cream
1 tbsp vanilla
1 tbsp flour
1 cup sugar
1 egg
1 ½ cup sugar
Graham Cracker Crust
Simmer most of the blueberries and ½ cup sugar over med heat until soft 5-10min (reserve 1/4 c)
Mix reserved blueberries and remaining ingredients throughly with electric mixer adding eggs last.
Spoon mixture into pie crust and bake on 375 for 20 min. Let cool and top with blueberry mixture.
