2 ounces Gentleman Jack or other fine Whiskey
1 ounce simple syrup (or a good splash of agave)
1 good splash Joe and Nellies Lemon juice
2 medium slices fresh lemon for garnish
Ice
top off with splash of club soda and stir
In a mixing glass, add bourbon, simple syrup, ice. Shake and pour into a Collins glass, finished with a splash of soda on top. Dress with a lemon slice on top.
