Tomatillo Margarita

Tomatillo Margarita

Take your favorite classic margarita recipe and add 1 once or so of tomatillo salsa into the cocktail shaker with everything else. I also used a turmeric simple syrup, which brings out the orange in the triple sec.

Here's my favorite proportions

3 ounces tequila

2 ounces lime juice

1/2 ounce turmeric or regular simple syrup

1 ounce triple sec

1 once tomatillo salsa

Salt and lime zest for rim
