Animal Sauce for Smash Burgers

Ingredients

• 3 tablespoons (45 ml) mayonnaise

• 1 tablespoon (15 ml) ketchup

• 2 teaspoons (10 g) sweet pickle relish

• 1/2 teaspoon sugar

• 1/2 teaspoon distilled white vinegar

Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a small bowl, and stir to combine. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use (sauce can be refrigerated up to 5 days).
