Ingredients
20 ginger snaps, crushed (for more crust add 5-10 more)
1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
2 tbsp butter or margarine softened
2 - 15 oz cans of sliced peaches in light syrup( drained)
vanilla ice cream or frozen yogurt
combine first three ingredients and then blend in butter until mixture is crumbly
arrange peaches in a lightly greased 8" square baking dish and sprinkle with
gingersnap mixture, bake in preheated oven at 375 for about 20 minutes until
thoroughly heated.
Serve with ice cream or frozen yogurt
