Ingredients1 lg can evaporated milk!/2c half and half 1/2 stick butter
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1 (16-oz.) block extra sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
4oz velveeta, cubed
2 heavy dash of hot sauce
1/2 tsp garlic powder
16 oz package elbow macaroni, cooked
Directions
Preheat oven to 400°.
Cook and drain noodles in oven proof pot and return to warm pot.
Add evaporated milk and half and half gradually stirring to mix
Add cheeses reserving 1/3 of the cheddar for topping
Top with remaining cheese. Bake at 400° for 20 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
Broil for a couple of minutes to add a brown crust (optional)
