A delicious and tangy side for your Thanksgiving Day feast. Fix ahead, it gets better after it sits a few days in the fridge.
1 1/2 cups fresh orange juice
1 1/2 cups sugar
12oz bag of cranberries
1 tbsp grated orange rind
Wash and pick over cranberries
Boil OJ and sugar until sugar dissolves
Add Cranberries, simmer stirrng occasionally for 20-30 minutes
Remove from heat and stir in orange rind.
Refrigerate, best if made 1-3 days ahead of time.
