1 bottle Regina wine vinegar
2- 48oz cans unsweetened pineapple juice
8 oz soy sauce
1/2 cup sugar
Excellent marinade for steaks or even chicken. Submerge meats at least 48 hours, can be left up to a week.
Makes enough for 8-10 steaks. Recipe from Steak and Ale.
A smaller recipe for two steaks consists of
12 oz pineapple juice
1 tbsp sugar
1 oz Regina vinegar
1 oz soy sauce
