This is a fantastic sauce that captures the umami of mushrooms along with that tangy parmesan flavor we all love. Great for topping a number of dishes, my favorite is on a steak!

Ingredients
8 oz package Baby Bella Mushrooms, sliced
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan
1 Tsp Trader Joe’s Mushroom Umami Seasoning, or powder from ground dried mushrooms
1/2 tsp dried Thyme
Preparation
Sauté mushrooms in olive oil, using no salt, not crowding the pan, until golden brown both sides. In separate sauce-an, heat up cream until simmering and reduce down by 1/4 or until it coats the spoon. Add Parmesan, mushroom seasoning add mushrooms. Salt and pepper to taste.
