1 pounds jumbo lump crab meat
1 eggs, beaten
2 tablespoons parsley flakes
2 teaspoons Old Bay seasoning
1 teaspoons wet mustard
1 teaspoons dry mustard
1 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon pepper
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
Panko bread crumbs
Flour (1-2 tsp, if mixture is too wet)
Beat eggs. Add parsley flakes, Old Bay seasoning, mustards, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
Combine with crab meat and mayonnaise.
Shape into small patties and roll in Panko crumbs. Fry briefly in olive oil and butter or bake in a 375-degree oven for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
1 cup blue plate or other real mayonnaise
1 tablespoon wasabi or horseradish
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon Sriracha
Salt and pepper to taste
Mix ingredients and let sit over night serve with crab cakes or other fried delicacy
