Discarded shells and heads from 4-5 lbs of shrimp
7 cups water
1 cup chicken stock
1/2 tsp fresh ground pepper
Put shells, heads and liquids in instant pot, grind in pepper, stir.
Cover and lock instant pot and set for 15 minutes on high.
When finished let natural release another 15 minutes.
Let cool, strain stock and freeze or use in gumbo, soups etc..
