This simple sauce is a delicious and easy addition for a number of meats or Thai dishes. Consisting of only four ingredients it is sweet, salty, zingy and little spicy.
1/2 C Sweet Chili Sauce
1t Fish Sauce
2T Fresh squeezed lime juice
1t NamPrik (to taste) or other sweet chili garlic paste, room temp
Combine ingredients in small bowl or jar until smooth, breaking up any lumps of chili paste. Store in a jar in refrigerator.
