Mocha Chocolate Cheesecake

Chocolate Graham Cracker Crust

Ingredients

  • 3 - 8oz packages creme cheese - softened

  • 3/4 cup + 4tsp sugar

  • 2 eggs

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

  • 4 heaping tsp - Instant Italian Cappucino

  • 4 heaping tsp - sugar

  • 2 heaping tsp - cocoa

  • 1/2 tsp salt

Prepare Crust, chill.Preheat oven 375. Blend creme cheese and sugar together until smooth.

Add eggs, vanilla and salt, blend until smooth. Reserving 1/3 of mix, pour remaining into chilled

pie crust. Bake on 375 for 20 minutes.Remove and let cool to room temperature. Blend instant

coffee, 4tsp sugar and cocoa into remaining cheese mixture. Preheat oven to 425. Top cake

with mocha cheese mix and bake 425 for 5-6 minutes. Make decorative with confectioners sugar

icing.
