Served warm with some vanilla ice cream, this stuff is amazing!

INGREDIENTS:
6 cups diced rhubarb
1 cup white sugar
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup packed light brown sugar
1 1/2 cup old fashioned oats
1 cup all purpose flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 cup butter
INSTRUCTIONS:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Lightly grease a 9x13 pan.
In a large mixing bowl combine rhubarb, white sugar, and 1/4 c. flour. Stir well and spread evenly into bottom of pan. Set aside.
In a large mixing bowl combine brown sugar, oats, salt, and 1 c. flour. Stir well then cut in butter until mixture is crumbly. Sprinkle over rhubarb layer.
Bake for 40 minutes.
MAKES:A 9x13 pan full.
