From the kitchen of: Kim Groneman
INGREDIENTS:
The most expensive type of fish...any of them...that you can buy in Utah.
Garbage can with a tight lid
Ticket to a coastal town or a country like Japan
Rent a car
Optional: Use public transportation
INSTRUCTIONS:
Carefully unwrap the fish
Place the fish in a plastic bag
Throw the fish and the bag into the garbage (for best results it MUST have a tight lid)
Get on the plane to a coastal town where you get FRESH fish
Rent a car or use public transport to get you to a good seafood restaurant
"Red Lobster" and "McGraths" don't count, even if they are in a location next to the ocean
ALTERNATE INSTRUCTIONS:
Carefully unwrap the fish
Get your best shovel
Bury the fish in the garden.
Go out for a hamburger
MAKES: A much better meal than actually cooking any fish you buy in Utah.
