Organic steak done on the grill with LOTS OF Garlic salt, and cooked to medium rare. Slow cook

Green Salad with everything organic
I can do olives and pickles without it being organic
Cooked organic spinach with Avocado oil and lemon juice and salt
I like organic butternut or orange sweet potatoes with Avocado oil, cinnamon, salt
Steamed organic Carrots, Broccoli, Asparagus (doesn’t need to be organic)
Organic Granny smith apples or pears I can eat a whole one. If it is a sweet apple, I can only eat about 1/3-1/2 of it.
