Chicken Boobs

INGREDIENTS
4 to 6 chicken breasts
1 cup sour cream
1 can Cream of Chicken soup
1-1/2 tubes crushed Ritz crackers
1 cube butter
Garlic salt (liberal)
Onion salt (liberal)
Italian seasoning (liberal)
Pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 300°
Put chicken in 8x8 pan, sprinkle spices on top then cover with foil
Bake at 300° for 35-40 minutes
Mix sour cream and soup. Pour over chicken.
Recover with foil then bake until chicken reaches 160°
Mix melted butter with cracker crumbs and spread it on the chicken.
Put back in the oven WITHOUT foil, until the chicken reaches 165°
