Rouladen
INGREDIENTS: (no substitutes)
1 lb. organic/grass fed hamburger
Olive oil
Sea salt
Garlic powder
One Large onion (not organic is fine) diced
Six to eight Nally dill pickles sliced
Mustard
INSTRUCTIONS:
Form hamburger into patties
Put some olive oil in a large skillet and heat
Add hamburger patties to skillet and sprinkle with the sea salt and garlic powder (NO GARLIC SALT. It has additives and NO PEPPPER.) Fully cook patties and remove from skillet
Immediately add the diced onion to the skillet and saute for approximately two minutes
Add sliced pickles to the skillet and continue to cook the onions/pickles until slightly browned
Pull off some aluminum foil, about 8 inches across, and put in one patty with a proportionate amount of onion and pickles on each piece of foil. Fold it up tightly and put it in the freezer.
Serve with mustard
