Dehydrated Bell Peppers (Green or Red)
Another use for the bell peppers from your garden. Can be rehydrated easily, or added to soups, dips, or many other recipes.

INGREDIENTS:
Bell Peppers (choose ones that are well-formed with thick walls)
INSTRUCTIONS:
Wash and dry the peppers.
Remove stem, seeds, and white sections.
Slice 1/4" thick, or rings, or chop in a blender
Dehydrate at 125 degrees until leathery (approx 6-9 hours)
MAKES: As many peppers as you use.
