Christa Dastrup - By the way, there are a couple of tricks you should know when you cook pasta. Add a little bit of oil before you turn it on to reduce foaming. When it is time to release the pressure, put a clean washcloth over the vent because a little of the foam will come out, and it is nice not to get it everywhere. Put a cloth over the vent when you cook grains (oatmeal) as well.
