Ham and Cream Cheese Braided Bread

One of the many fillings for the Braided Bread recipe

INGREDIENTS:

• 12 slices of bacon, cut into bits (we use sliced deli ham 'cause it's easier) 

• 1/2 C Green onion/chives (Katie says she doesn't put this much in)

• 16 oz (2 bricks) of cream cheese, softened

• 8 oz grated cheddar (again, she sorts of guestimates until it looks right)

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Mix the ingredients up.

2. Use in the braided bread recipe as the filling.

MAKES: Filling for 2 bread braids
