Cream Cheese Chicken Crock Pot
Buff made this for us and I LOVED IT! Creamy. Tastes wonderful. It's a thick chicken gravy over rice.

INGREDIENTS:2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breast cut up into bite sized pieces.
1 can cream o chicken soup
1 brick of cream cheese
1 packet of ranch dressing mix
1 packet Italian dressing mix
Rice or noodles to put it on
INSTRUCTIONS:
Throw all of the ingredients into a crock pot and cook on low for 6 hours. If you are home, at about 3 hours in, mix together ingredients in the crock pot.
We had to stir it when done to get the cream cheese to mix and make it thick.
Spoon it over rice or noodles. We had it with steamed broccoli which was good
