I call a recipe is a success if everyone in the family likes it. Oh boy, Emmy especially LOVED these! We will definitely be making this again. FYI, I doubled the sauce because of a comment and thought that was a good idea. I also let it marinate in the fridge for a couple hours because I had time. Not sure if it made a difference or not.

1 T soy sauce
2 T vegetable oil
1 T Worcestershire sauce
1 t lemon juice
2 T brown sugar
2 T ketchup
6 pork chops, trimmed
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
In a small bowl, thoroughly blend soy sauce, vegetable oil, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, brown sugar, and ketchup.
Place pork chops in a medium baking dish, and spread with 1/2 the sauce.
Bake pork chops 30 minutes in the preheated oven. Turn, and spread with remaining sauce. Continue baking 30 minutes, or until internal temperature of the chops has reached 145 degrees F.
