"My doctor told me to quit throwing dinner parties for 4 unless there are 3 other people - [sigh]" - Gramps
Quick and easy and delicious. From the kitchen of Kim. Kind of like the old hamburger/potato/onion fry I made on campouts but with a lot fewer carbs.
Approximately 1 lb hamburger. About. More or less.
1 large red pepper
1 large onion
Gourmet sweet tomato sauce (a.k.a. ketchup)
Garlic salt
Pepper
Cut pepper into strips to your liking. I cut it in strips then cut the strips in half
Cut onion into wedges (cut in half, cut those halves in half, etc. etc. until you get good sized pieces.)
Fry the hamburger in clumps with garlic salt & pepper to taste until close to done. Drain
Add onion and red pepper and fry some more...until peppers & onions start to soften.
Put on plate and top with the gourmet sweet tomato sauce.
For me, it creates 3 servings.
