Marilyn CAN eat

Vegetables:
All vegetables except tomatoes, potatoes, peppers, and eggplant.
Berries:
Fresh berries
Cranberries if they're organic and only sweetened with organic apple juice.
Fruits:
Pears
Sour Apples and small amounts of sweet apples
Grapefruit
Dried crabapples (downstairs)
Cantaloupe
Coconut
Meat (grass-fed, no hormones or antibiotics ever) - best at Sprout's
Beef
Chicken must be free-range chicken.
Seafood as long as it is wild-caught and not farm-raised.
Grains/Grasses:
Quinoa (organic only and must be washed thoroughly)
Almond flour crackers as long as there are no ingredients I can't have.
Healthy Fats:
Olive oil
Avocado Oil
Coconut oil
Animal Fats (organic)
Toppings:
Pink Sea Salt
Mustard (not Dijon)
Pure Maple Syrup (no more than 1/4 tsp in a meal)
Pear juice for sweetening (organic - canned in the basement)
Herbs/Spices:
Organic onion & garlic salt. (NOTE: They can't have rice additives which most onion/garlic salts have) Can substitute plain garlic powder combined with sea salt in place of garlic salt.
Other herbs don't need to be organic
Cinnamon powder is nummy and doesn't need to be organic.

Almond milk:
60 Calorie plain. Great Value or Silk is best.
Lemons (but can't have zest or put in water unless it's organic)
Avocados
Sweet Potatoes
Onion, Garlic
Asparagus
Plain Dill Pickles (not zesty or anything with peppers)
Olives
Nuts: Just plain, no honey roasted. Must be in the right oil with the right salt. See the quinoa and nuts page.
