"I'm glad I don't have to hunt for my food. I don't even know where sandwiches live" - Gramps
It helps to make this in advance and let sit at *least* a couple of hours, preferably overnight so the flour can soak up moisture. Don't be a nimnal and leave something out when you mix it up......Marilyn.
1-1/2 C Almond Milk. 1 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar. Mix the vinegar in milk, set aside for 10 minutes and allow to curdle.
2-1/2 Tbs Tapioca Starch mixed with 2 Cups Almond Flour and 3/4 Cup washed quoina flour
3/4 tsp Baking Soda mixed with 1 Tbs Vinegar.
2 Tbs Pure Maple Syrup.
1/2 tsp Salt.
2 Tbs Avacado Oil.
You can add things like organic blueberries if so desired
Mix it all up and fry on medium heat, 1 to 2 minutes on each side. (Coconut oil works well to fry it in)
