Dill Pickle Dip

• From the kitchen of:  Breanna GronemanINGREDIENTS:1 cup sour cream

• 8 oz softened cream cheese

• 1 tablespoon minced onion (I used the dried, buy from spice area variety)

• 2 Tbsp parsley

• 3-4 dill pickles finely chopped

• 1 tsp salt (I added a little more until I determined it salty enough)

• Garnish with a little dill weed and sliced pickles on the top if you want to make it look good at a party

Stir together and enjoy thoroughly.  Be sure you have strong chips and/or not limp veggies.
