Since our nearby stores quit selling Nalley's Dill Pickle Dip, here's a pretty darn good home made alternative (and it's a LOT cheaper!)
From the kitchen of: Breanna GronemanINGREDIENTS:1 cup sour cream
8 oz softened cream cheese
1 tablespoon minced onion (I used the dried, buy from spice area variety)
2 Tbsp parsley
3-4 dill pickles finely chopped
1 tsp salt (I added a little more until I determined it salty enough)
Garnish with a little dill weed and sliced pickles on the top if you want to make it look good at a party
Stir together and enjoy thoroughly. Be sure you have strong chips and/or not limp veggies.
