Summer Sausage Wrap
I made this on a whim, just to try it, not expecting it to be all that good...boy...was I surprised! It was fantastic. Quick too. When you nuke the onions, keep them a little crunchy...it adds texture to the wrap.

INGREDIENTS:
Whole wheat soft tortilla
About 6 slices of summer sausage
Some cheddar cheese
Some pepper jack cheese
Some diced onion
WHAT TO DO:
Lay the sausage overlapping in a row down the middle of the tortilla
Put a layer of cheddar cheese over that
Put a layer of pepper jack cheese over that
Cheese is thin, not too thick
Put your diced onion in the microwave for about 30 seconds to soften a little and dump on the top of the cheese
Roll up the tortilla and throw in the microwave for about 45 seconds
EAT!
