Sausage & Egg Breakfast Sandwich

From the kitchen of Cambrie Nelson.   Make lots of breakfast sandwiches to put in the freezer.  This makes approximately 24 sandwiches.

SAUSAGE: 3 lbs of meat, spread in a cookie sheet.  Bake 17 minutes at 375 degrees.

EGGS: Mix 17 eggs and 1 cup of milk mixed well.  *Spray cookie sheet*  Pour eggs in cookie sheet and bake 15 minutes at 375 degrees.  

CHEESE:   Slices cheddar cheese. 

BUN: English muffin, bagel, bread, whatever.  

Build your sandwich with sausage, eggs, and cheese.   Wrap individually and freeze.  When ready to eat, thaw a day ahead of time and nuke in the microwave (time TBD).  Add a spread of mayonnaise and snarf.
