Strawberry Cobbler - Healthy
This is a healthier version of the Strawberry Cobbler recipe from Marilyn. I actually think the taste is superior due to the whole wheat biscuit mix. - Kim

4 cups drained frozen strawberries, save the juice for other purposes.
2 cups Whole Wheat Biscuit Mix
1 TBSP whole wheat flour
2 TBSP Butter
3/4 cup Splenda

INSTRUCTIONS:
Put the berries in a small casserole dish and sprinkle with the Splenda.
Add one tablespoon flour and Stir It Up
Dot with two tablespoons of butter.
Stir up the Whole Wheat Biscuit Mix with just enough milk to make a soft dough.
Spoon the dough over the berries
Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes.
