Turkey chicken Artichoke soup
A LITTLE NOTE HERE ABOUT THE RECIPE

INGREDIENTS:
Broth from 1 turkey
2 cups water
Add carrots, celery, onion to taste
2 garlic cloves, minced
Poultry seasoning
Garlic Salt
1 pint cooked Chicken and broth
1 t. better than bullion chicken base
Simmer homestyle noodles with the broth to soften
The juice ONLY (drain off the fat) from one quart size jar of marinated artichokes with some small pieces
INSTRUCTIONS:
The turkey has it's share of fat, and that is where a lot of the flavor resides, so I didn't want to get rid of it. So I thickened it with an equal part of flour and after it had boiled 2 minutes, I added a cup of milk to make a thick sauce, which when the rest of the soup was done, I added it to it and mixed.
MAKES: about 3 quarts of soup.
