Honey mustard Salmon
They say fish is soooo good for you so we try to eat it frequently. I've got this recipe memorized and my kids will eat it which is a plus.

INGREDIENTS:
1 lb. Salmon
2 Tbs butter melted
2 tbs djion mustard
1 1/2 tbs honey
1/4 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup chopped pecans
1 tsp parsley
INSTRUCTIONS:
preheat oven to 400
prepare fish (wash, pat dry, remove skin, etc)
place on greased baking sheet
combine 3 wet ingredients and place on top of fish
combine 3 dry ingredients and pat on top of wet (on fish)
bake 10-15 minutes until fish flakes easily with a fork.
