INGREDIENTS:
1-1/2 cup cranberries
1/4 to 1/2 cup sugar (or splenda). Marilyn thinks it was 3/8 cup she used
1/4 cup orange juice concentrate
1 tablespoon grated orange peel
TO MAKE:
Combine all ingredients well in a 1 quart casserole or equivalent dish.
Cover and microwave 3-5 minutes on HIGH (berries pop)
Stir after 2 minutes
Let stand an additional 3 minutes
