Just some sweet coconut rolls, with a lot of good gooey moisture to them.From the kitchen of: KatieLet 12 (or so) Rhoades rolls start to rise about 3-4 hours from being frozen in a 9x13 pan.
Heat to boiling and dissolve:
1 can coconut milk (found in the Thai food in the grocery store)
3/4 can water
1 C sugar
1 heaping Tbs. cornstarch (mix with a little water first and then add to boiling coconut mixture)
INSTRUCTIONS:
Stir while it thickens to a thin pudding.
Pour over rolls in a 9x13 pan where rolls have been rising 3-4 hours.
Bake 12-20 minutes at 350 degrees.
They are very, very gooey -- you might want to spread the coconut stuff over another 8x8 pan.
MAKES: 12 (or so) rolls
