Kim's Krunch

A wee bit of sugar here..but hey..it's a desert duh! I tried using half splenda and it was OK.

INGREDIENTS:

2 cups flour (wheat or white...I've done both)
3 cups sugar (or half sugar, half splenda)
1-1/2 ts salt
3 tsp baking powder
4 eggs
Cinnamon to taste
1/2 stick butter
Fruit...bottled, or cut up fresh or a combination. I like apples. I've tried half fresh apples and half bottled peaches

INSTRUCTIONS:

Mix the above together except fruit and butter. It will be VERY dry...that's good.
Use approx. 1-2 quarts fruit and/or cut up apples on bottom of 9x13 pan
Spread the mostly dry mixture on top of the fruit.
Melt butter and pour on top
Bake at 350° for 40-50 minutes or until lightly browned on top

MAKES: A 9x13 pan full of good junk.
