Frozen Fruit Cocktail (GF)

Remember that delicious fruit cocktail that Katie brought over for that dinner gathering?  Yeah?  Well, this is it.From the kitchen of:  Katie (The Borens)

MIX TOGETHER:

• 1/2 C. lemon juice

• 1 1/2 C. sugar

• 1 1/2 C. orange juice

• 1 2/3 C. crushed pineapple, include juice

Then add to juice mixture...

•  9 large peeled and sliced peaches 

• 1 lb green/red grapes

• 1 C. berries (which may or may not include blueberries, raspberries, boysenberries, blackberries, etc.)

Freeze in quart or pint containers.

Thaw for about 2 hours before serving.  Best still somewhat frozen.

Also good with sprite/7-up over the top.
