Organic Quinoa and nuts
Cooked organic quinoa,
Avocado oil squirted liberally on top, chopped salted roasted almonds..
Like a half a cup of cooked organic quinoa in a bowl warmed up
About a half a cup of organic berries fresh or frozen.
Unsweetened coconut
Probably about an eighth of a cup of chopped almonds or sunflower seeds. almond butter, probably about 1 and 1/2 tablespoons in teaspoons dispersed over the top

FYI Nuts DO NOT need to be organic
I am allergic to hazlenuts and pecans
Nuts can be roasted and salted, but it has to be done using the right oil and salt. Peanut oil works just for roasting nuts, not on food. (See the General Information page)
I can't handle Walmart or some other brand of mixed nuts, but I can eat Costco Kirkland brand deluxe mixed nuts.
