1 (14 ounce) can Italian Stewed Tomatoes
1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste
1 t sugar
1 t oregano
1 t basil
1/2 t granulated garlic
1/2 t salt
1/2 t lemon juice
pinch red pepper flakes

Grab one can of Italian Stewed Tomatoes and one can of tomato paste. Open them up and pour the contents into a small food processor, or blender.
Add 1 teaspoon sugar, 1 teaspoon oregano, 1 teaspoon basil, 1/2 teaspoon granulated garlic, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice and a pinch red pepper flakes.
Blend everything well to combine.
This stuff freezes well so don't be afraid to make too much. Good on Pizza, mini pizzas, calzone, for dipping breadsticks, etc. etc.
