Quiche GF

INGREDIENTS: 

• No shell for gluten free, or use Betty Crocker baking mix

• 12 slices  Farmland Bacon, cooked and crumbled (lots of other brands have maltodextrin and other contaminates)

• 1 C Swiss Cheese, grated

• 3 eggs

• 1 C. heavy cream

• Salt and pepper

• Pinch of nutmeg...

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Preheat oven to 375. Sprinkle bacon pieces in the bottom of a dish (just use a little bacon grease if you feel the need to spray the pan (pan sprays are out for me too)

2. Next, layer the swiss cheese. 

3. Beat eggs with the cream and add salt, pepper and nutmeg. Pour over ingredients in pie crust. Bake in preheated overn 30-40 minutes, or till set

4. MAKES: 6 serviings
