Season with garlic granules, organic sea salt, rosemary sage a little bit of t h y m e. until the outside is browned.
Put in the oven with good tight lid to retain juices.
When it gets up to 155 internal temperature, remove and cool with the lid on.
In the meantime adding to the drippings in the frying pan, add a tablespoon and maybe a teaspoon of tapioca flour, mixed with 1/2 cup almond cream and then combine the juices from the oven pan to the frying pan along with the cream / tapioca flour and make into gravy.
