sweet potatoes - french fried

Cook the sweet potatoes in the instant pot till done (depends on the size, but 12 minutes or so??)

Cut the sweet potatoes into French fry looking slices, then cook them with liberal amounts of sea salt until golden brown. YUM

You can also do them in the oven, but it takes longer and is more high maintenance.
