Make one white cake mix and bake it in a large cookie sheet or jelly roll pan
Topping:
8 ounce cream cheese
2 cups powdered sugar
1 c whipped cream and add 1/2 t vanilla
Mix Cream cheese and powdered sugar, whip cream and then blend with the first mixture. Spread over cake like frosting. Top with fresh strawberries, cherries or blueberry pie filling. Strawberries is the only way to go if you ask me.
